Acai Smoothie Bowl

This recipe was inspired by Nathalie Sader who was celebrating #Nathaliesader40k. Figs are just so stunning I am freezing loads to have in the autumn. I've got a long way to go with my decorations compared with the 'pros' of Instagram blogging community, but I made a little start using natural yoghurt and fresh mint leaves from the garden.

COOK TIME: 0 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 60g blueberries
  • 60g blackberries
  • 4cm cucumber
  • 1 tsp acai berry powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 150ml water (or coconut water) 
  • Toppings - I used 1 fresh fig, blueberries, fresh mint, dessicated coconut and Nakd Coconut Bliss Nibbles 

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Throw together all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!
