My hard working colleague has been in Asia this month and I'm jealous of all the yummy meals she's had. Aside from all the noodles and amazing food, one of my biggest addictions in Asia is a Green Tea Frappuccino from Starbucks 💚💚💚... They must be SO full of sugar but they are such a brilliant drink and perfect for cooling down when whizzing between meetings. Starbucks, why don't you have them in Europe?! 😁
So when she said she was having one, I was determined to make my own at home! It was nearly the same flavour and I don't have an ice crushing machine obviously... But it's as close as I'll get until October when I go back to China and to Korea for the first time. Have you tried these?

- 1tbsp Matcha green tea powder
- 250ml almond milk
- 1tbsp coconut cream
- 1tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
1. Mix together the almond milk, coconut cream, sweetener and green tea powder in a jug, adjusting the sweetener to taste. You might find your green tea powder is less lumpy if you add this to your jug first with a small amount of milk and make a paste. Then add the other ingredients.
2. Pour over ice and enjoy! Seriously refreshing
