This recipe was inspired by Nathalie Sader who was celebrating #Nathaliesader40k. Figs are just so stunning I am freezing loads to have in the autumn. I've got a long way to go with my decorations compared with the 'pros' of Instagram blogging community, but I made a little start using natural yoghurt and fresh mint leaves from the garden.
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 0 minutes
- 60g blueberries
- 60g blackberries
- 4cm cucumber
- 1 tsp acai berry powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 150ml water (or coconut water)
- Toppings - I used 1 fresh fig, blueberries, fresh mint, dessicated coconut and Nakd Coconut Bliss Nibbles
1. Throw together all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!
