Did anyone see me making this on Insta Stories? I'd stupidly left my larger Nutribullet cup at work, so had to cram all these ingredients into the small one! Cue a lot of squishing and waiting for frozen fruit to melt a little before it would all blend completely...
I was so impressed with this recipe with zero added sweetener. Cinnamon is fantastic, just don't add too much at first or it can become overpowering. You can always go back for more if needed.
PREP TIME: 10 minutes
COOK TIME: 0 minutes
- 50g kale (tough stalks removed)
- 1/2 frozen banana (or just fresh and serve over ice!)
- 35g strawberries
- 35g blueberries
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Blitz together in a food processor and serve!
